  • The goal of the NCOPD is to augment national training within the context of the Alliance meaning to complement the national training with useful knowledge and skills they should use within the international environment. The most important goal is to shape the attitude to become a better international NCO enhancing the interoperability of the Alliance.
  • The Department’s offer includes Orientation, Intermediate and Advanced Leadership, Academic Instruction and Command Senior Enlisted Leader Courses.

WHY IS NCOPD NECESSARY?

  • The courses for Non-Commissioned Officers aim to fill the gaps in the training of NCOs within NATO and partner nations and include issues such as commonality across the NCO cadre, NCO professional development and the role (including training) of Command Senior Enlisted Leaders (CSELs).
