Lesson - Process and Procedures for Exercising a Contract Option: Upon completion of this learning objective, you will be able to: Describe process and procedures for exercising a contract option. Describe option clauses. Explain dertermination and finding for exercising an option.

Lesson - Modifications and Payments: Upon completion of this learning objective, you will be able to: Describe what are modifications. List unilateral and bilateral modifications. Describe payment terms. Explain steps for payments.

Lesson - Quality Assurance and the Contracting Officer’s Representative: Upon completion of this learning objective, you will be able to: Describe appointment and authority of COR. List duties and responsibilities of COR.

Lesson - Remedies for Contractor Unsatisfactory Performance: Upon completion of this learning objective, you will be able to: Determine when it is appropriate to receive and ccept services or supplies. Identify the appropriate remedies for unsatisfactory performance. Determine when it is appropriate to assess liquidated damages. Determine which termination method is appropriate and the procedures required to process each type of termination. Identify the steps required to suspend or debar a contractor. Accurately report on a contractor’s past performance.

Lesson - Contract Closeout: Upon completion of this learning objective, you will be able to: Describe how to close out a contract. Explain when a contract is seen as completed.

This course is the fourth and last course of NATO Procurement and Contracting online course series. It introduces into the basics of NATO Procurement and contracting, especially focusing on contracts and contract handling. Each lesson has a comprehension test for student self assessment.
