Learning Objectives
Explain the EMO Framework:
Given references, the student will be able to explain the Electromagnetic Operations (EMO) framework including key concepts and organizations IAW AJP-3.6
Apply The Relationships, Coordination Requirements, And Contributions Of NATO EMO Stakeholders:
Given references, the student will be able to describe the potential contributions of other stakeholders involved in the Electro Magenetic Environment (EME) to personnel supporting the Electromagnetic Battlestaff Center (EMBC) and/or Electro-magnetic Operations Working Group (EMOWG) and the requirement for cross-coordination of their various EM capabilities (inter alia SM, ISTAR, Cyber and Space) IAW JFCBS SOI 217.01 NR Electromagnetic Operations Working Group and Electromagnetic Battle Staff Center.
Prepare EMO Products And Reports To Enable Coordination Between EMO Stakeholders:
Given references, the student will be able to prepare EMO products and reports within an EMBC and EMOWG to enable cross-coordination between multiple stakeholders IAW JFCBS SOI 217.01 NR Electromagnetic Operations Working Group and Electromagnetic Battle Staff Center.
Course Participants
The primary target population for this course are military officers (OF-2 through OF-5) and NCOs (OR-7 through OR-9), or civilian equivalent, assigned to a post within NATO. If seats are available, NSO will consider applications from NATO nations in the rank of (OF-1) and (OR5-OR6) who are considered the secondary target population for this course. The tertiary target populations are civilian personnel from NATO nations and other personnel from Non NATO Nations with approval to attend NATO Secret Courses . All students planning on attending the N3-152 NEMOC must have a basic working knowledge of Electronic Warfare prior to attending this course in order to achieve the course objectives. It is highly recommended to have attended the N3-21 course or any other national EW course to meet the learning objective of the course.

Methodology
This one-week course is comprised of interactive plenary lectures, followed by brief moderated Q&A sessions and syndicate work.
