Learning Objectives
PA Guidance:
Given references, the student will prepare timely, effective, and succinct guidance related to public affairs for the NATO and Partner commanders in accordances with MC 457-2, ACO 95-1, ACO 95-3.
Conduct Public Affairs Activities:
Given references, students will be able to conduct public affairs activities in coordination with STRATCOM elements: PSYOPS, INFO OPS, and CIMIC.
Course Participants
Military officers (OF-2 through OF-5) and NCOs (OR-5 through OR-9), or civilian equivalent, assigned to a national headquarters, agency, MOD, Foreign Affairs department, or subordinate military headquarters or unit which fulfils responsibilities in support of NATO.

Methodology
This one-week course is comprised of interactive plenary lectures, followed by brief, moderated Q&A sessions. Case studies complete the subject matter.
