Learning Objectives
Explain Operations Management in CJOCs:
Given a series of presentations, students will successfully explain the operations management in CJOCs in accordance with relating doctrine.
Explain missions and functions of CJOC:
Given a series of presentations, students will successfully explain the common missions and major functions of the CJOC within a NATO-led multinational headquarters in accordance with governing doctrine.
Apply all CJOC SOPs to a CJOC model:
Given a scenario, students will successfully apply above mentioned knowledge in designing a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for a model CJOC in accordance with relating doctrine.
Course Participants
Military officers, NCOs or civilian equivalents assigned to the operations centre of a military or ministerial organization.
