The chosen training option is a blended training approach, consisting of a mandatory pre-course ADL module1 (NATO CIMIC Awareness Course – NCAC) provided by the CCOE and complimented by a one-week residential course executed at NATO SCHOOL Oberammergau.
This one week course is comprised of interactive plenary lectures, followed by brief, moderated Q&A sessions, alternating with facilitated work in small syndicates. Case studies complement the subject matter. A guest speaker provides top-level perspectives in closing the course on Friday.
Students should be aware they will be given short but essential reading tasks in the course of the week IOT prepare for the upcoming case-studies and lectures.
Stakeholders such as International organizations and Non-governmental organizations contribute to the delivery of this course.
You are encouraged to complete the following ADL modules prior to attending the course.
