The aim of the course is to reinforce experienced NCO instructors’ knowledge utilizing effective teaching skills on NATO related topics focused on the international setting.

Learning Objectives
Formal Lesson Design and Delivery:
Given references and guidelines, students will produce and present a formal lesson in accordance with NCO instructor standards.
Syndicate Lesson Design and Delivery:
Given references and guidelines, students will produce and present a syndicate lesson from a preselected multinational training catalog in accordance with Bi-SC NCO Strategy and NCO recommended guidelines.
Course Participants
NCOs (OR-5 through OR-9) who are assigned to a NATO or PfP headquarters or agency, national Ministry of Defense, Foreign Affairs department, or subordinate military headquarters, unit, or agency which fulfills responsibilities in support of NATO. Priority should go to NCOs assigned to or selected for a NATO teaching institution.

Methodology
This one-week course is comprised of one learning objective encompassing the various topics that the NCO department teaches and is divided into the two teaching methods (i.e. a topic may be taught twice using both methods).
