The Course is a biannual, one-week strategic level course facilitated by the NSO's Cooperative Security (COSEC) Department whose remit is to deliver a broad spectrum of training and knowledge within a strong multinational context.

In this year’s first iteration, 70 participants from 18 nations attended the Course.
